What We Expect from You :
- Proficiently grasp and convey the SkilloVilla Value Proposition to potential hiring partners.
- Organize discussions, manage email follow-ups, and generate proposals using lead generation and cold calling strategies.
- Conduct extensive internet research on job portals and networking sites.
- Comprehend partner business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum impact for both the partner and SkilloVilla.
- Independently identify potential new leads, build lists, and initiate initial outreach.
You Will Be Expected To :
- Fearlessly generate new ideas.
- Fearlessly involves in cold calling with the key objective of placements and helping out our partner companies in their data hiring needs
- Learn rapidly and use data insights from experiments to draw conclusions.
- Work five days (Monday-Friday) in the office, with the sixth day (Saturday) designated for remote work.
