- Having a total prior work - experience between 1 to 2 years

- A user-first and business first thinking with expert product instincts to balance user & business impact

- In the education technology space (looking to disrupt upskilling and employment space, with an innovative concept)

Long Story :

Your day - to - day work would be :

- Take charge of existing relationships and build a rapport with our hiring partners

- Effectively understand and communicate the SkilloVilla Proposition to hiring partners

- Identify opportunities with hiring partners and line up power-packed placement opportunities for the students

- Understand hiring partner requirements and position the right candidates

- Set expectations with hiring partners and negotiate for maximum student outcome

- Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student success

What you will need to bring :

- 1-2 years of work experience in Key Account Management/Enterprise sales

- Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them

- Experience in creating & maintaining relationships with diverse individuals from HR reps to founders

- Strong technical orientation, keeping abreast with latest technologies

- Passion to work with people, help them along with their careers

- High standards of excellence and attention to detail

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

- That being said, we expect you to be flexible and open with regard to KRAs, as the business evolves.
