Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Onboarding and Engagement : Assist in onboarding students, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing engagement throughout their learning journey.
- Progress Tracking and Support : Track student progress and provide guidance to help them successfully complete their courses.
- Effective Communication : Develop and implement communication strategies to maintain high student satisfaction, addressing concerns and providing updates.
- Collaboration and Coordination : Serve as a liaison between students, the technical team, and other departments to meet student needs and ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Milestone Management : Ensure students meet monthly/weekly milestones on time, supporting them in achieving their goals effectively..
Qualifications & Skills :
- Exceptional comprehension and articulation skills
- Stellar planning, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to people from different backgrounds
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
