As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Salary : CTC 2 LPA - Up To 7.20 LPA (Fixed Salary) + Lucrative Incentive Structure

Location : Ballygunge, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Shift : Day

Experience : 1-5+ years

Employment Type : Full-time (Permanent)

Note- We are seeking candidates with experience in inside sales or as academic counselors in an EdTech company, along with a strong background in sales. Fresh graduates interested in this role should have between 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or as admission counselors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily calls and communication with customers and sales.

- Entire sales over calls

- Only hot and enquired leads to call

- Must have an interest in sales and outbound calling, working with revenue targets.

- Regularly follow up with new and existing customers.

- Continuously follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize admissions.

- Achieve targets and adhere to SOPs on a monthly basis.

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.

- Intensely follow up with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.

- Ability to work under the reasonable pressure associated with sales.

- Consistently tracking personal performance while also enhancing team performance.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any field

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong sales skills

- Experience in a similar role

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable to work 6 Days a week
