Position Overview :

- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Freelance Business Development Expert with a proven track record in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of workforce solutions, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients within the target market, understanding their staffing needs and positioning our services as a solution.

Lead Generation : Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract new business opportunities, utilizing various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and industry partnerships.

Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business objectives and customizing staffing solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of our staffing services, addressing client concerns and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their workforce efficiency.

Proposal Development : Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.

Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiation processes and work closely with legal and operations teams to finalize agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adapt business development strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Reporting : Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
