Product Trainer
Role :
- To be a part of knowledge team and engage in understanding the product and existing sales pitch in detail and improve the conversion ratio i.e. leads customers which will, in other words improve the business volume
- Product Training delivery - batch wise for New & existing Sales team
- Share prospective insights with Managers
Job responsibilities and requirements :
- Need to work with Technical Support team to understand the technicalities of the product i.e. content, software used, number of projects, nature of projects
- Create simplified and specialized training materials for the Sales team
- Review the training materials
- Provide training to the Sales team
- Understand the bottlenecks and gaps for the Sales team while pitching the leads and come up with solution to resolve it
- Work with Quality team to understand the Area of improvement
- Prepare daily weekly reports for the Product specialists
- Should take a consultative approach
