Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including : Develop relevant content topics to reach the company's target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). Monitor, listen and respond to users in a  Social way while cultivating leads and sales

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy for various clients in order to increase their online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts.

Responsible for coordinating clients activity on social networks. Key responsibilities include preparing and scheduling updates, sharing relevant content, keeping in touch with fans and followers, encouraging conversation, and answering to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities : 

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviews

- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
