Designation: Customer Service Professional
Process: ISP Chat Sales - French language
Qualification: MA / BA - French, Any Graduate with DELF A2, B1 or B2 certification
Experience: Freshers and experienced applicants between 1 - 3 Years
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Must be flexible for any shifts)
Compensation: 3 LPA - 3.3 LPA

Requirements:
- Candidate must have excellent written and comprehension skills in French
- Must have good convincing ability and selling skills
- Must be flexible for rotational shifts

Job Description:
- Agents need to handle multiple chat windows
- Must explain the various plans/schemes offered and convert to sale
- Should convince and try to retain customers for future sale
- Must handle all customers effectively and efficiently
