Site Sales Executive - Real Estate (3-10 yrs)

Job Description:

- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory

- Understand customer`s requirement and provide solution to their queries

- Expertise in closing deal

- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

- Report on sales activities to senior management

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

- Ensure that all the Customers are attended properly and provide Proper information of projects to the customer

- Ensure Proper ambience and cleanliness is maintained at Sales Office and Sample Flat

- Sales closing and finalization with customer

- Sales Target Achievement and increase Sales Closing Ratio

- Keep track of all the enquiry

- Maintain Good relations with clients presales and after sales as well

- Ensure proper maintenance of sample flat

- keeping records of sold/unsold units

- Updating Management about market trends and feedback from customers

- Provide Suggestions to Management for Business Development

- Provide Inputs to Marketing team for Proper Marketing Strategy Preparation & execution and Feedback for result achieved

- Ensure Proper Marketing Material is posted in Office and proper stock of Marketing Material is maintained and managed

Job Specification

- 3 - 10 years Sales Experience in Real Estate industry

- Necessary to have strong communication skills

- Ability to create market by own contacts

- Ability to promote and sales of products in market
