Site Head - Sales - Real Estate (7-16 yrs)
1. Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site
2. Actively liaise with the marketing team (Online & Offline Marketing) to design the marketing strategy and contribute towards it
3. Managing & driving channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network
4. Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
5. Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
6. Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection
7. Train and evaluate the performance of the team (10 to 15 employees)
8. Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates.
9. Team Handling Exp should be 5-6 Years.
10. Knowledge of South Mumbai OR Central Suburbs.
