SISA - Business Development Role (1-2 yrs)

Purpose of the Role:

- Sales Executive will be responsible to bring in new business, drive sales target and help improve sales volume. He/She will be responsible for acquiring new clients in existing and prospect markets while also ensuring that all sales documents and process are maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Generating Leads, Managing CRM, proposal preparation and Preparing RFP.

- Identifying new markets to position SISA's offering.

- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and bringing in new business to the company.

- Communicates consistently with clients and internal departments to clarify details regarding forecasting and other requests.

- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.

- Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.

- Maintains client databases offline and in CRM by adding client's profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.

- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials.

- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses.

- Performing other research, analysis, data quality and support projects for the global marketing organization

- Review incoming leads and distribute fairly among the new business Sales Representatives

- Maintain the lead list and data integrity in the database. Work closely with marketing and business development in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes

- Coordination and management of end to end process, customer support and all partner & vendor discussions in allocated region.

Required Skills :

- 1-2 Years of Sales experience will be preferred

- Ability to understand Cyber/ Information security requirements and offer appropriate solutions

- Exposure to CRM

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power-point presentation

- Ability to organize, multi task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines

Education Requirements :

- Technical education background of B.Tech + MBA or BE + MBA preferred

Personal Attributes :

- Highly motivated and enthusiastic

- Strong client relationship building/ interpersonal and presentation skills

- Ability to think and communicate ideas

- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment

- Strong cross-functional interaction; Experience in team-oriented and collaborative environment.

- Ability to Self-Motivate and Multi-task.
