Sales Coordinator
- As a Sales Coordinator in chemical company, you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Sending quotations & Performa invoices as per direction of marketing person
- Receiving purchase orders and taking approval from concerned marketing person
- Sending email to customer to acknowledge the PO and inform indicative dispatch date
- Co-ordinating with the dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch
- Following up customer for payments and c-forms (by email & phone)
- Strong experience of Excel
- Experience in Chemical Sales coordination with finished goods.
Key Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Office and excel
- Understanding of sales process
- Preferably with customer service experience
- Pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Sales coordination Experience :
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Location : Mumbai (Nariman point)
- Candidates who can join within 15 days preferred.
- Candidate with Chemical & manufacturing experience can apply
