Singapore Coatings - Business Development Executive (2-10 yrs)
Scope Of Work :
- Market Development through Architects/Interior Designers
1. Key Account Management for the Architects and Interior Designers in the defined geography
2. Visiting Architects/Interior Designers regularly, building in good relationship with them, providing a very high level of premium service to move them up the value chain
3. Ensuring that there is a high level of engagement through exhibitions, new products, and events
4. Ensuring follow-ups in terms of samples, recommending products, training of their applicators, knowledge sharing with their team and troubleshooting at any site.
7. Own a set of Arch/ID - 50-60 and lead by example by converting them through innovative and out of box thinking .
8. Identifying the critical/burning issues of the geography affecting market development & take immediate action to overcome the same with RBDM/RSM
9. Ensuring any issue raised by them is resolved by collaborating with the Sales Officers and the Technical Team
10. Follow market trends and give feedback to the Marketing team .
