Position : Associate Inside Sales Manager 

- Simplotel is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, in a full-time capacity, who can cold call prospects and build a strong pipeline for the sales team. An ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-motivated hustler looking to be a part of a growing sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

- Cold calling and nurturing existing leads. Taking care of inbound leads. Qualifying leads and scheduling sales demos

- Convincing leads to do a demo of our product with the sales team.

- Following up on marketing leads

- Reaching out to leads via channels such as LinkedIn

- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information over email

- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

Requirements :

- 0 to 2 years of Work Experience in pre-sales. (e-commerce preferred in both domestic and international markets)

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

- Very high ethical standards

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Graduate degree in Engineering, Business or Hotel Management. 

- MBA is a plus
