Customer Success Associate / Account Manager

Simplotel was founded in Oct 2013 and is funded by MakeMyTrip.

Position : Customer Success Associate / Account Manager

- Broadly responsible for interacting with the clients and be the primary point of contact for any support and build a strong lasting relationship that helps in customer renewals. Should possess the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.

- Manage critical client accounts which have a higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing.

- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships.

- Understand the website traffic of our customers and craft and implement strategies to grow it.

- Deliver monthly metrics and analysis to customers to ensure that they understand the value of our platform

Skills required :

- 0 - 2 years of Proven account management or other relevant experience

- Graduation from any Tier-1 Colleges. MBA not necessary

- Should possess strong analytics skills and should be an Excel Savy

- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

- Knowledge of e-commerce, Web analytics & SEO is a plus.
