Job Description :
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Managing team of sales, pre-sales, marketing and support professionals.
- Providing necessary training to the sales force regarding product presentation, institutional dealing and customer handling.
- Work with marketing groups to implement campaigns.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
Skills & Qualifications :
- B2C sales experience is mandatory
- Strong analytical abilities & good interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing a large sales team
- Minimum of 3 - 6 years of insides sales experience.
- MBA graduates would be preferred.
