Simpliance - Key Account Manager (3-6 yrs)
You Would Be :
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients.
- Addressing and resolving complaints(queries)
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Regularly liaising with existing clients.
Requirements :
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Client engagement and support.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Project handling experience.
