Roles & Responsibilities :
- Tendering - Online Bidding, Sealed-bid, Reverse auction, etc. Proposal Preparation, Renewal/AMC Proposals Based on clients requirement. Vendor registration and contract management.
- Documentation & maintenance of records of Service Agreement, NDA, MSA, SLA, Addendum to agreement, SPA, SDPA, SBAA, etc.
- Tracking of PO Renewals of PO Creating Fresh Proposal and review and suggest over T&C, Value, Service, Customer details, documentation for PO execution, follow up on PO.
- Coordination with the technical Leads and Service Delivery Manager for details related to SOW & attendance.
- Maintain record of resources deployed at client site.
- Verify the data and invoice accordingly. Understanding & Resolving customer query by coordinating with the sales/presale team. Manage schedules of sales team, fixing up appointments for demo, collection etc., keeping track of their appointments Get scope of work, bill of material, pricing etc. from internal teams, principles etc.
- Proposal creation in aesthetic & accurate manner Check if customer received the solution that he wanted - chase internally or chase principles if not as per customer requirement
- Call existing customer regularly Order processing Follow up with internal team, principles, distributors for delivery On time & accurate billing, MIS COLLECTION (On Time Collection)
- Principle and Vendor follow up Keep complete record of the sales pipeline, order management, billing and collection
- Prepare daily call report for self and the team (if Any)
