Job description :

- Direct sales to end customers like Builders, Banks, hotels etc.


- Scale the business pan India and beyond. Develop relationship with builders and other end enterprise customers and market our solutions. Work closely with marketing team to create a good brand with the end customers.


- Keep track of competitive landscape and advise management on product strategy and roadmap.

Desired Skill and experience:

- 8-15 Years of relevant experience. Engineering plus MBA.


- Should have experience in selling solutions, not just products.


- Example, selling building management solutions, IT solutions etc. Should have experience in closing large B2B deals. Experience in doing business in real-estate sector.


- Relationship with large builders, banks, hotels etc.


- Candidate must be open to travel all across India.


- Back-ground in home automation domain, networking products, smart lighting solutions, security products is highly preferable
