Signzy - Presales Role (2-6 yrs)

Sales Support :

1. Assist the Sales team in Qualifying prospective Opportunities and product positioning

2. Present solution to the decision-makers and manage the client expectations

3. Assist prospective customer to understand the solution details and help them frame the Scope of Work

4. Work with the Project / Product teams to close the effort estimates and timelines required to deliver the project

5. Work with the technical team to respond to customer's technical and information security queries

Account Farming :

1. Understand and address client's challenges in achieving a smooth digital onboarding journey

2. Consult the client to achieve high growth in the number of customers onboarded and pitch the latest Signzy offerings to new/ existing customers

3. Identify, qualify and nurture cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities and build relationships with client's key decision-makers to understand upcoming opportunities

Documentation:

1. Proposal and Scope of Work ownership (Get the SoW/ BRD/ Proposal and SLA Sign-off)

2. Assist the Account Mgr. in closing legal documents (such as: Service and Support Agreements etc.)

3. Frequently update and maintain the repository of latest product documents, demo videos, templates and track the status of all active opportunities

4. Maintain and Update opportunity status in the pre-sales tracker.

5. Maintain Customization and Change Requests (account-wise) in the pre- sales tracker

Lead Generation :

1. Identify prospective leads via client references. It could be internal (separate division) or external.

2. Regularly attend industry events, build relationships and generate leads.

Project Handover to PM and Support teams :

1. Officially handover the Project within 2 days from the date of Agreement sign-off

2. Provide all signed-off documents to the Project Implementation team and Support team

Product Feedback :

1. Update the Product team on Client's feedback of the product and any other market insights

2. Liaison with the product and sales teams to deliver any new product features for existing / prospective clients
