About the role :

- We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. As a Lead Generation Specialist at SignDesk, you will play a key role in generating high-quality leads through outbound marketing initiatives, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and industries for SignDesk's digital solutions

- Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to reach out to potential customers and generate interest in our products.

- Take responsibility for prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads.

- Utilise email marketing and Tele-calling techniques to attract and engage with potential leads.

- Make use of lead generation tools and software to track, manage, and analyse lead data and performance metrics.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team for further engagement

- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead-generation opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into customers.

- Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, performance, and results.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred

- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist role in a technology or software company

- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and lead-generation strategies.

- Proficient in using lead generation tools and software.

- Ability to effectively engage with potential leads through email marketing and Tele-calling.

- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to identify key decision-makers in target organisations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential leads

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for driving business growth

- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
