- As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the senior executive selling to the most strategic organizations. You will leverage existing relationships with CEOs, C-level executives, and mid-senior management. You will develop new relationships with business unit leaders and relevant IT/ technology stakeholders to understand their challenges. Subsequently, you will collaborate internally and provide tailored solutions to the customers. You will have the power of our solutions and the technical & domain knowledge of our people. You will help customers accelerate innovation in Banking and Financial Sector

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage client relationships - including on-site meetings with client stakeholders

- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the account

- Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline for a given account

- Work within the organization and externally to scope solutions and close deals

- Ability to work with internal technical leads, product leads, and legal and Solution Consultants to define solutions & proposals

- Ability to close contract discussions/negotiations

- Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues

- Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth

Desired Skills :

- Experience in engaging with complex accounts in selling a broad portfolio of IT solutions at the C-level

- Ability to influence decisions at the executive level

- Conducting solutioning workshops

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills

- Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a true team player

- Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent multitasking and project management skills

- Well-organized, with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
