Sigma University - Telecaller (1-2 yrs)
As a telecaller, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining CRM and MIS on daily basis
- Calling potential students and informing them about our courses and benefits
- Answering queries and resolving doubts of students
- Persuading students to enroll in our courses and completing the payment process
- Maintaining records of calls and follow-ups
- Achieving sales targets and meeting quality standards
To be a successful tele caller, you should have:
- A graduate degree in any discipline (preferable)
- Any prior experience in tele calling or sales (optional)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- A friendly and persuasive personality
- Ability to provide excellent support to the students,
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in educational sales is a plus
- Has context menu
