Sifars - Content Writer (1-4 yrs)
- Create regular interesting and topical content for Sifars audience
- Promote company activity on social media by engaging with our customers
- Interaction with customers across phone, email, and proactively over social platforms
- Create case studies and Press releases for Sifars work
- Responsible for all content that goes on the Sifars website, predominantly case studies and blogs
- Responsible for ensuring that all functionality is working and any technical issues are reported
- Looking for new initiatives to improve the website presentation
- Look for opportunities to bring in new business
- Support Sales teams where necessary
- Working closely with Marketing clients to generate new initiatives for the brand as well as weekly edits and updates to their social channels and blog
