Siemens - Customer Support Role (3-6 yrs)
What are my responsibilities ?
- Customer Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by customers of a large Manufacturing Operations Management software in an accurate and timely manner.
- He/she will work with the business partners and development team to implement issues which are beyond the scope of a field fix.
- Customer support engineer need to align the working time with European working time (9 AM to 6 PM Central European Time.)
Experience :
- Diploma / B.E/B. Tech/MCA (Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering)
- 3+ years of experience with software development and support.
- Strong knowledge in HTML5, Javascript, Typescript & Angular JS.
- Programming knowledge in C# and Web API are preferred, but optional.
- Strong communication skills required as he/she needs to interact with business partners and customers directly.
