Exciting Opportunity for SEO Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Manager with a focus on content optimization to lead our SEO efforts and drive organic traffic growth. As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content-focused SEO strategies to improve website visibility, increase rankings, and drive quality traffic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in content optimization, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.


- This involves conducting thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trends assessment to identify opportunities for organic growth.

On-Page and Off -Page Optimization with link building:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure to enhance relevance and improve visibility on search engine results pages (SERPs).

- Manage off-page SEO initiatives, including building high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites through outreach, content partnerships, and directory submissions.


- Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase organic traffic.

Technical SEO Management:

- Conduct technical audits of website infrastructure and address technical issues that may impact search engine rankings, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and schema markup implementation.


- Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements.

Content Strategy and Optimization:

- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and addresses user search intent.


- Optimize existing content and identify opportunities for new content creation based on keyword research and industry trends.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profile, and conversion rates.


- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into SEO performance and ROI.


- Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Algorithm Updates and Industry Trends:

- Stay abreast of search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitiveness in search results.

Client Communication and Team collaboration:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SEO initiatives, provide updates on campaign progress, address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for improvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, and digital marketers, to ensure seamless integration of SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on content optimization

- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that drive measurable results.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed decisions.

- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
