Siam Computing - Manager - Business Development (5-15 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by generating leads through networking and other channels and taking them through the sales process to closure and establishing a good relationship with the clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base and target potential clients through various lead generation methods, including attending industry events, conferences etc

2. Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to gain a deep understanding of their IT needs.

3. Create and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions to clients.

4. Develop and nurture a strong network of contacts within the industry.

5.Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

6. Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

7. Continuously assess client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

8.Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

9.Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs and concerns promptly.

10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Skillset:

1. Proven track record in IT business development, sales, or account management.

2. Have a deep understanding of IT products and services.

3. Willingness to travel to client locations and attend industry events.

4. Expertise in handling clients and a strong understanding of Marketing aspects(In the IT industry)

5. Excellent communication (Both Verbal & Written)

6. Strong Organizational skills and time management.

7. Flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

8.Proficiency in customer relationship management

9. A person with a positive attitude and focused on customer satisfaction.

10. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
