We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business opportunities through outbound appointment setting. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for executing various outbound campaigns, crafting persuasive email and LinkedIn pitches, reaching out to prospects, following up, engaging through chat/email/LinkedIn, scheduling appointments to generate leads, and nurturing a database of leads from diverse sources. This is a critical position that requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a strong determination to achieve targets.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the specific ideal customer profiles for each service and plan and execute outbound campaigns accordingly, primarily targeting the US, UK, Canada, and European markets.

2. Manage all email and LinkedIn marketing activities, including planning, creating email copies, distribution, and analysis on a daily basis.

3. Reach out to potential prospects, nurture warm leads, and conduct follow-ups.

4. Meet appointment quotas by successfully scheduling meetings.

5. Collaborate closely with the prospecting team to ensure prospects align with the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

6. Engage with prospects to understand their needs, identify pain points, and qualify them as potential leads.

7. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly appointment setting targets.

8. Provide feedback to the prospecting team regarding the quality of prospects and the effectiveness of campaigns.

9. Document and update interactions with prospects, lead status, and other relevant information in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Skill Set :

1. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably with experience in outbound lead generation and appointment setting.

2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and persuasive demeanor.

3. Strong ability to engage prospects over the phone, build rapport, and handle objections effectively.

4. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign setup and execution.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple prospects and prioritize activities.

7. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also thriving in a team environment.

8. Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices in lead generation and qualification.

9. Experience in the Information Technology industry would be advantageous.
