Zonal Manager - Sales

Role: Zonal Sales Manager or Zonal Head

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Office Location)

The Zonal Head will be responsible for Looking after three States (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka) for Retail Sales development in TMT sales segment.

Prior experience with handling these three states is mandatory.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for business development in the given part , monitoring of performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume through providing of proper guidance and motivation.

- Develop brand image and position the product in the market, communication across all customer touch-points though dearer distributors network.

- Coordination with Production team for production planning according to demand

- Formulating & executing sales strategy in the assigned zone and across the states, sales forecasting for the territory on a monthly & annual basis.

- Plan to set the sales target of down line-Marketing & Responsible for achievement for same

- Develop & appoint new dealers/channels to expand product reach in the market & working in close interaction with the dealers & distributors to assist them to promote the product

- Identify & Develop new streams for revenue growth & maintain relationships with customers. Relay regular feedback to organization on key issues like competitor push, product/ variant off takes, competitor network expansion etc

Requirements and skills :

- Sales and Marketing experience with TMT for more than 10+ Years

- Proven work experience as an Regional Sales Manager or Zonal Sales Manager

- Good negotiation skills, knowledge of dealing with dealers and distributors

- Must be able to perform market research and develop marketing strategy with maximum customer and dealer satisfaction.

- Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits

- Track marketing parameters such as pricing, distribution, and POS to assist in better positioning
