Shryoan - Brand Manager (3-10 yrs)

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth.


- They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. 


- Candidate should understand the brand, market & business goals and how product marketing fits into the overall Shryoan's vision

Role & Responsibility : 


- Creating marketing campaigns including pricing strategies, sales promotions, and public relations efforts 


- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution 


- Developing company brands by determining which products or services will be offered, what features they will have, and how they will be priced 


- Conducting market research to determine customer preferences and buying habits in order to create effective marketing strategies


 - Overseeing the design of print advertisements, brochures, product labels, and other marketing materials


 - Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. 


- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies 


- Monitoring competitors' activities to identify new trends and adjust the company's strategy accordingly 


- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to existing products or develop new ones -

- Analysing data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing strategies


 - Gather feedback from consumers about products/services.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing

- 3+ years' brand management or marketing experience in retail industry like luxury beauty, colour cosmetics.

- Expertise in designing and implementing marketing strategic planning and strong leadership skills.
