Desired Profile :
- Any Graduate/Under graduate
- Min 6 months Experience in Tele sales/Customer care/ Tele-calling /Telemarketing / Domestic BPO / Customer Engagement process or insurance
- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi & Marathi - Soft Spoken & Pleasing Skills
- Good in Relationship Building
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/ or responsibilities assigned)
- Responsible for Individual Sales targets
- Understand and identify customer needs and suggest right Life Insurance products the Company has to offer
- Zero Customer Complaints and Escalations
- Making outbound calls and Convert leads, No Miss selling
- Achieve the sales target for every month (Tele Sales) without any deviation in the process and with zero customer escalations
