Shriram Fortune - Manager - Business Development (1-15 yrs)
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining & developing relationship with existing BAs & customer to help in maximum renewals, cross sell & business expansion
- Recruiting new BAs across all products using multiproduct business model, easiest BA on boarding process, attractive remunerations, contest & renewals
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience, preferably in life insurance or sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Passionate for variable earnings & growth than fixed salary
