Job Description: Sales Engineer

Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by providing expert technical knowledge and support to our clients and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical understanding and customer needs, ultimately contributing to successful sales conversions.

Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of our products, solutions, and services, staying up-to-date with their technical features and benefits.

Effectively communicate the technical aspects of our offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Sales Support : Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, understand their specific needs, and align our solutions with those needs.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.

Solution Customization : Analyze customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to address specific pain points and use cases.

Collaborate with internal teams to propose and develop customized solutions that meet unique customer needs.

Market Insight : Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the sales and product teams.

Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building rapport based on technical expertise and a customer-centric approach.

Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training and guidance to internal sales teams on technical aspects of our products, enabling them to effectively communicate value to clients.

Qualifications : B.Tech- Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation.

Diploma - Electrical, Mechanical.
