Shreeja Mahila Milk Producer - Sales Role - Modern Trade (3-5 yrs)
Modern Trade Sales
Purpose :
- Role holder is responsible for developing the business with Modern Trade companies, placing Shreeja company in their vendors list, conduct promotional activities and to improve the brand equity.
Key Responsibilities :
- To identify all Modern trade companies having operations in South India
- To identify the potential for Milk and milk products in all Modern Trade stores in South India (Market wise and company wise)
- To discuss with the Category Heads of all Modern Trade companies and to list our company in their vendor list
- To discuss, negotiate and finalize the special price to all Retail Chains (Modern Trade) in co-ordination with Head - S&M
- To work out the logistics to supply Shreeja Milk and Milk products in time and ensure the transport cost per liter is within the limits
- To supply Shreeja milk and milk products to all the retail chains (Modern Trade stores)
- To prepare ABP for Shreeja Milk and Milk products for Retail Chains (Product wise, market wise, month wise, company wise, etc.)
- To plan and execute suitable promotional activities (Market wise, Month wise, product wise) in all the retail chains to achieve the agreed targets
Job Specifications :
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) from a reputed Institute
Experience :
3 to 5 years of experience preferably in the Modern Trade dealing with food / FMCG products
Skills :
- Understanding of emerging business opportunities in retail chains
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Well versed with MS-Office, PPT, e-mail management
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges in Modern Trade Formats
- Knowledge of local language is a must.
