Qualification : MBA in Sales/ Marketing
Minimum Experience : 7+ years
Location : Pune
Job Description :
1. Maintaining the daily operations of the showroom including opening and closing procedures.
2. Maintaining a organized and welcoming showroom environment.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
4. Develop and maintain professional relations with Vendors, Customers and clients
5. Monitor and manage the showroom's monthly budgets and expenses.
6. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
8. Prepare and submit regular reports on showroom performance to management.
9. Daily report of work done to the concerned HOD/ Director.
10. Any other task related to your designation that may be assigned to you from time to time.
