Responsibilities : Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, Staff Development, customer service, inventory management, and marketing Set and track sales goals and ensure that they are met Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies Maintain a clean and organized store Comply with all company policies and procedures Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Represent the company to the public in a professional manner
Sales :
- Sales Target number and achievement.
- GHS target number and achievement.
- Conversion, Ticket size, Avg piece per buyer.
Stock Management :
- Zero defect products on display.
- Zero defect, zero loss, no commercial deviation.
- No stock out in any MTR stock.
Staff Development :
- Number of staff trained.
- Number of suggestions received/encouraged.
- Number of staff awarded.
Customer Satisfaction :
- Number of customer issues resolved.
- Supporting floor during peak time.
- Useful data size validated for address and phone numbers.
- Number of customer meets organized.
Visual Merchandising :
- On-time display.
- Checklist.
- Development of Store VM champion.
Initiatives :
- 5S Score and Number of Kaizen.
- Events/ camps organized on special occasions.
- Feedback is given on competition products, making charges, etc.
