- To own & deliver targets for the Creator partnership team
- To create a strong pipeline of Creators to pitch for store creation and onboarding
- Building lasting relationships with creators and ensuring we grow together
- To work closely with internal stakeholders like Brand Partnership team for different activations & Product team for end-to-end execution of plan
- To create a detailed activations plan for different categories of creators. Monitor the revenue/funnel metrics & Problem-solving for any gaps in target vs plan closely.
- To manage the entire workflow from onboarding to handing over to the engagement team
