- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for managing Business-to-Business (B2B) sales operations, including handling inquiries from platforms like IndiaMart, managing billing and quotations, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective feedback recording and management.

Key Responsibilities :

B2B Sales :

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.

IndiaMart Inquiries Handling :

1. Monitor and respond to inquiries generated through IndiaMart and similar platforms promptly.

2. Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

3. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Billing and Quotations :

1. Prepare accurate and timely billing invoices for B2B clients.

2. Generate quotations based on client requirements and negotiate terms when necessary.

Customer Query Resolution :

1. Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

2. Provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant information to customers.

Feedback Management :

1. Proactively collect feedback from customers regarding products, services, and overall satisfaction.

2. Record feedback systematically and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement.

3. Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to implement necessary changes based on customer feedback.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a managerial capacity.

3. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

6. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
