Shopholix - Senior Partner - Brand Growth (2-5 yrs)
1. Manage retailer relationships, train retailers on operating shopholix platform, drive new retailer enrolment, managing mall and market universe, etc.
2. Tie up with retailers within allotted category / zone to onboard on Shopholix to flash exclusive discount coupons, participate in Shopholix campaigns, sponsorships etc.
3. Negotiate on boarding terms, per transaction commission terms, listing fees etc with retailers, execute MOU.
4. Ideate and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving retailer participation, retailer engagement, ensure consistent retailer participation.
5. Manage and motivate allotted resources, team of interns, photographers for cataloging, and drive results.
6. Drive brand awareness within the retailer community, motivate retailer to participate on Shopholix platform. Ensure effective retailer communication.
