Shopholix - Assistant Manager - Events & Activation (2-5 yrs)
1. Manage the daily operations at Shopholix rewards booth placed at MGF Metropolitan Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon - generate queries, convert into signups
2. Understand and assist shoppers in Shopholix reward redemption process, troubleshoot any issues if they may be facing
3. Achieve daily signup targets, ensure effective shopper communication, engage shoppers in conversation and convert them into signups
4. Manage a team of 2-3 promoters and ensure effective results from the team
5. Lead all/any other brand activations assigned and fulfill the allotted duties
