ShopClues - Assistant Manager - CRM (3-8 yrs)

Position- CRM

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Create and Maintain CRM and Marketing Automation framework for Shoplcues.com

- Analyse customer behavior and design campaign automation around it

- Manage Team of executives and guide them with best practices

- Increase retention rate, new customer activation, reduce funnel drop offs,% age of crm revenue

- Manage Vendors and keep healthy relationship

- Foresee complete tech integration and suggest changes in current integrations

- Work on Automating and Personalizing major CRM campaigns

- Act as Power user of CRM tools and Adobe Suite

- Manage Email Sender Reputation and Processes

- Manage Stakeholders (Design,Strategy,Product)

- Work with Product and Data science to implement recommendation and personalization

- Introduce tools and technologies for Marketing Tech

Requirements :

- Worked in Internet or Ecommerce Company managing CRM Department

- Experience of working on tools like Moengage, Clevertap or Any other automation tool

- Highly Process Driven

- Complete knowledge of Email Marketing Best Practices

- Complete Knowledge CRM frameworks

- Previously Worked on Automating Marketing Campaigns
