Customer Success Executive - eCommerce Insights
Job brief :
- Shopalyst SaaS Platform provides up to date information and insights on brand performance on leading e-commerce sites across the globe. Our platform helps measure the impact of advertising and promotional spends on brands- marketshare. Key metrics we track include share of shelf, share of voice, share of search, pricing & discounts and voice of consumers across popular media and e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Success Executive will closely work with brands and retailers to ensure successful implementation of our product globally.
He/She will be directly responsible for :
- Providing insights to brands/retailers based on their data as well as industry trend
- Monitoring platform activity on a daily basis and provide timely advice to customers on ways to improve performance
- Communication between customer teams and product teams
- Providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports with visualizations
Skill set Requirements :
- Deep domain expertise in ecommerce
- Data Analytics
- Data Visualisation - Tableau
- Content creation - Articles, Blogs
- Expertise in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills
Experience : 4 - 8 years
