Location - Bangalore

The Customer Success Executive will closely work with brands and retailers to ensure successful implementation of the platform.

He/She will be directly responsible for :

- Providing insights to brands/retailers based on their data as well as industry trend

- Monitoring platform activity on a daily basis and provide timely advice to customers on ways to improve performance

- Communication between customer teams and product teams

- Providing scheduled and ad-hoc reports with visualizations

Skill set Requirements :

- Domain expertise in ecommerce/Retailing

- Data Analytics/ Visualization Skills

- Content creation - Articles, Blogs

- Expertise in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets

- Excellent communication skills
