1. Experience in MICE operations
2. Understanding of all venues across India, should have better knowledge of all the venues in Bangalore, Venue bookings/ MICE Project requirements to make venue recommendations.
3. Booking of Hotels, venues, restaurant, pub, lounge, offbeat venues, auditorium etc.
4. Should be good at communication and rate negotiations on cost proposals.
5. Ensure bookings are done on the best available rate basis within timeline; maintaining appropriate documentation for accounting purpose
6. Dealing with internal team and Client queries and complaints and addressing them.
7. Making PO- s, Maintain transaction- wise billing coordination with accounts.
8. Need to be 'on-call' (if required) beyond normal business hours in order to address any needs.
9. Monitoring all the communication between team and venues and to Maintain/ Update venue matrix in excel format basis of hotel proposals received.
10.Monitoring the working of the team and ensuring timely and accurate solutions are given
