SHJ International Technologies - Customer Service Role (1-4 yrs)
- SHJ is a new transportation service with operations in multiple states. We are hiring customer service representatives to join our team. A customer service representative is responsible for handling customer service, tracking & tracing shipments, and keeping systems updated. This position is expected to cross-train to gain a working knowledge of all modes of transportation and understand SHJ's expectations of quality service. (required training will be provided).
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process.
- Mastery of email communication - keep your inbox at zero.
- Comfortable following written instructions and using training materials to perform key tasks.
- Flexible to work in 24-7 environments, comfortable working night shifts.
- Effective problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Mathematical skills with ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest.
- Good reasoning ability and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of Databases, Spreadsheets, and Word Processing software such as Microsoft Office is required.
- Fearlessness - willing to hop on the phone with new people every day and help them.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Manage US-based phone calls (Inbound + Outbound)
- Keeping systems updated with correct and current data
- Tracking and tracing current shipments
- Keeping customers up-to-date with any issues or concerns that may arise
