Sales Executive

Employment Type Contractual Based - This is a Contractual-Only position with a competitive commission structure.

Job Summary

Our research & consulting organization needs the expertise of a Sales Executive who has experience in the research & consulting industry. We- re looking for an independent sales professional with a proven track record of helping businesses increase their sales numbers and improving their sales associates- performance. We are a steadily growing startup; we need a sales management professional who can usher us into the next phase of our development and ensure that we continually meet our sales quotes on a monthly basis.

Sales Executive responsibilities :

- Create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions.

- Create positive and lasting relationships with our clients.

- Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward.

- Has exposure to pre-sales, RFP/pursuit environment any other consulting firms

- Experience in strategic research, using mostly secondary data sources to execute research assignments in the areas of company profiles, competitor intelligence, industry / sector overviews.

- 0-2-years experience in inbound/outbound sales role.

- Bachelor's Degree mandatory.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Sales Executive skills :

- Sales executive must understand the product benefits and advantages and should prepare strategies accordingly and should be able to execute those strategies at right time.

- Find out prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.

- Take participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the product.

- Monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down, finding out the competitors, latest innovation of the products.

- Complete understanding about the product and finding out how to market products for different segments.
