Job Title: Telecaller

Location: NIT-1, Faridabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases

- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their benefits

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Identify and understand customer needs to provide relevant product/service information

- Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the MS-EXCEL

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to resolve issues

- Collaborate with team members to share information and improve overall performance

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role is preferred

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach

- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus

- Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
