Job responsibilities include:

- New customer acquisition in the assigned geography.

- Customer relationship management for existing customers in the assigned geography.

- Cross selling from current product portfolio.

- Identifying opportunities of adding new courses to the existing product portfolio .

- Preparing short-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies.

- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives .

- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned geographies.

- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

- Revenue and expense reporting for the assigned geographies.

Job requirements:

- Experience- 6 month to 1.5 years in sales

- Open to work between 7.00PM - 4.00AM (Night Shift)

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

- Graduate in any discipline

- Neutral accent for interacting with global customer base

- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
