Designation : Branch Manager
Qualification : Any degree
Experience : 3 to 5 years in affordable housing loans & small ticket loans.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience of sourcing LAP from Open Market and managing a team of LAP executives.
- Achieving consolidated monthly target.
- Responsible for LAP Growth
- Identifying LAP loans (Upto 7 Lakhs) to suit the target customers and geographies.
- Enabling business growth by assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Should have handled a team in the past.
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
CTC : As per industry norms + Travel allowances + Incentives + other attractive benefits
