Shift Karado - Assistant Manager - BTL Marketing (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who has worked with well-known organizations, with proven track record of independent handling capability in BTL Branding and Promotional activities. Should possess strong communication, creative thinking, interpersonal skills and can deliver challenging targets in a tough environment.
Profile Snapshot:
The incumbent will work with marketing team for planning, implementing and executing marketing plans. Will create and implement high-impact marketing campaigns to drive increased awareness among our consumers to ensure all round success for our services. The reporting will be to the Sr. Marketing Manager.
Tasks List:
The incumbent responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following -
- Creation and Implementation of BTL Marketing Plans
- Planning of Promotion and Communication plans
- Liaising and managing vendors for BTL activities
- Add new clientage through activities and gather leads
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals
- Assuring service positioning, USP Development and Feature Highlights
- Liaising and managing requests from vendors and other associates
- Ascertaining functional timelines and following diligently
